I was familiar with her work and writings  on living a life with love and compassion.  I bought one of her books that day, The Force of Kindness; Change Your Life with Love and Compassion.  It is a small book with a CD with Guided Loving Kindness Meditations included. These meditations are particularly useful if you find you have a strong inner critic or are in the habit of ‘putting yourself down’ and feeling unworthy.
