Relax, Refresh, Rejuvenate, Unwind and Rest. This weekend is designed to nourish and nurture your well-being, where we take a break from our usual routine to care for ourselves within a loving, kind and safe environment. No experience of mindfulness or yoga is required to attend this retreat, all practices are gently guided. You can choose to step in and out of the timetable and do whatever serves you best.
Guided Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga. Walks in The Glen of Aherlow. Experience the outdoor Finnish Sauna. Enjoy being served Roy’s delicious home cooked vegetarian meals . Free Time to relax. Final Closing Circle on Sunday before 2pm Sunday Lunch. Shared accommodation (two per room). Places Limited to 14 so it is advised to book early.
