Jon Kabat-Zinn’s world renowned 8 Week Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR)

Mindfulness practices have been clinically and scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve an overall sense of well-being. Research has shown it helps if you suffer from Stress, Anxiety, Bereavement, Burn-Out, Depression, Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Fatigue, Tinnitus, Sleep Disorder, Pain

Jon Kabat-Zinn’s World Renowned 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme – on Zoom. Tuesday evenings from 7-9.30pm and one full day Saturday March 6th from 10-4pm. Each week you will be guided through a mindfulness meditation practice and reflect on the experience. A committment to home practice each day during the 8 weeks is required.
