Mindfulness practices have been clinically and scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve an overall sense of well-being. Research has shown it helps if you suffer from Stress, Anxiety, Bereavement, Burn-Out, Depression, Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Fatigue, Tinnitus, Sleep Disorder, Pain
Many participants have found this programme to be truly transformational and has been life changing for some.
It is important to note that this programme requires a commitment to set aside time each day, during the eight weeks to complete the home practices, which include recorded guided meditations.
It is a comittment, but it is worth it, and Donna will provide support throughout the process.
Research has proven that it is the repetition of practice over the eight weeks that brings the benefits. Like working out in a gym to increase our muscle and strength, here we are exercising a muscle in the brain, which requires, time, patience and an attitude of ‘just do it’ and wait and see what happens at the end of the eight weeks!

The world renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR) pioneered by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn from the Center for Mindfulness at the Medical School at UMASS, USA and with whom I had the privilege to work with (see short clip)
The course runs for two and a half hours one evening per week with one full day in Week 6, usually a Saturday or Sunday. The next programme shall be on Zoom.
Upon completion of the eight week programme, participants receive a Certificate of Completion, which is required for anyone who wants to continue on the Mindfulness Education Pathway.
Places on this programme are limited and there is a screening and application process, before being offered a place.
