Donna is an Accredited Professional Member of the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy; (IAHIP) since 2002. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy from University of Limerick (2002) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Child Psychotherapy.
Psychotherapists from a Humanistic and Integrative perspective invite people to develop their awareness as to what prevents them from unfolding their own true nature in the inner and outer expressions of their life.
Psychotherapy offers the opportunity to explore and share worries and fears in a confidential and non-judgmental setting.
What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is the general term used for treating social, emotional, spiritual, relationship and mental health problems by talking with a psychotherapist. During psychotherapy, you explore and learn about your condition and your moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Psychotherapy helps you discover what is right for you and what serves you well. You learn how to live your life and respond to challenging situations with greater choice, awareness and coping skills.
I do my thing and you do your thing.
I am not in this world to live up to your expectations
And you are not in this world to live up to mine.
You are you and I am I,
and if by chance we find each other, it’s beautiful.
If not, it cannot be helped
Fritz Perls, 1969, in Gladding, 2000
